One operator,
a whole slate.
Mandorum is a one-person studio that ships like a much bigger one — by treating AI as the team, not the gimmick.
Every product here is built the same lean way: a single deployable, mostly zero-backend, offline-first, with art and audio generated procedurally, in code. Games, tools, and the Eryndal franchise all come out of one workshop, planned before they're built and kept cheap to run.
The point isn't volume for its own sake — it's proving that a solo maker, orchestrating AI well, can design, build, and ship real things across genres: arcade games, developer tools, and a persistent AI-narrated world.
